Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Discounted items

Proof of purchase is required.

Partial refunds may apply for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or returned after 15 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
If the item is over €75, we recommend a tracked or insured shipping service.
